Foster Care and Adoption Information Meetings

These information meetings are open to all the Region 4’s counties of Anderson, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Cherokee, Delta, Franklin, Gregg, Harrison, Henderson, Hopkins, Lamar, Marion, Morris, Panola, Rains, Red River, Rusk, Smith, Titus, Upshur, Van Zandt, and Wood. 4Kids4Families is now in partnership with DFPS as part of Community-Based Care. Community-Based Care is a new way of providing foster care and case management services. It's a community-based approach to meeting the individual and unique needs of children, youth, and families.
