Welcome

The 2009 National Adult Protective Services Association (NAPSA) / Texas Adult Protective Services (APS) Conference will be held October 27-30, 2009 in San Antonio. Celebrating over two decades as the voice of APS, the conference is a training event designed to:

• Enhance job skills and provide opportunities to exchange knowledge and ideas with other professionals;
  
• Address major concerns and issues related to elder/adult abuse and neglect;
  
• Elevate public awareness of abuse, neglect, and exploitation of elderly persons and persons with disabilities;
  
• Foster collaboration among those who serve, treat, or represent victims of elder abuse.
