Education and Training Vouchers (ETV)

The following items are revised to explain that students age 21 to 23 who are eligible for the ETV program must:

  •  comply with the policies on satisfactory academic progress (SAP) that each institution of higher education has established for granting federal financial aid (such as Pell grants);

  •  know a school’s SAP policies; and

  •  provide documentation each semester demonstrating that they are complying with the school’s SAP policies.
