Using Special Investigators for UTC Cases (PATS 6907)
The following items are revised to explain that, if a family cannot be located to begin an investigation or the family moves and cannot be located before the investigation is complete, the caseworker does not close the case as Unable to Complete – Family Moved/Cannot Locate until a special investigator is assigned and all means of finding the family have been exhausted.
