Release Hearings (PATS 10392)
Adding language to CPS Handbook 1291 Definitions Related to Release Hearings. Release Hearing in this section defined as relating to an alleged perpetrator. Adding language to distinguish this type of due process hearing from a due process hearing related to a background check.
