Statewide Intake (SWI) Procedures Handbook
August 2007
This revision of the Statewide Intake (SWI) Procedures Handbook was published on August 1, 2007.
Sections 1000, 3000 and 7000 were revised for clarity and to incorporate recent changes to policy and procedure. The revision represents nearly total replacement and reorganization of most of the affected material; changes are not displayed in the memo.
The handbook has been converted to a new format that improves accessibility and is consistent with other agency publications.
