Unclear Licensure of a Residential Facility

This policy clarifies how SWI assesses the jurisdiction of child facilities when the licensure is unclear or the facility is unlicensed.

Removing DADS Court as Type of APS CRSR

The following items are revised to reflect changes in APS In-Home policy. The type of case-related special request (CRSR) known as DADS COURT is no longer used.

Chronic, Inappropriate, and Suicidal Callers

The section is being updated to clarify the I & R type to be used when processing reports from chronic callers. Also, the chronic caller list has changed location, and the new location has been noted in the policy. The word "worker" has been updated to "specialist" throughout the section. Small revisions have been made to the wording in 2162 Offensive or Inappropriate Callers and 2163 Suicidal Callers for clarity. See:
