This revision of the Statewide Intake Policy and Procedures Handbook was published on April 1, 2014. A summary of the revised material is provided below.
Processing PNs (PATS 6842)
Procedures for processing PN reports changed in 2013. This is clarification to the existing instructions for SWI staff. This does not affect any of the other programs. See:
