This revision of the Statewide Intake Policy and Procedures Handbook was published on October 19, 2016. Summaries of new or revised items are provided below.
Clarification of Jurisdiction
This clarification to the PN section of the SWI Handbook is being made to clearly specify that an intake may only be assessed if the victim is under 18 years of age at the time the report is received.
