This revision of the DFPS Subpoena Policy was published on March 1, 2017.

Statewide Intake Subpoena Policy (PATS 9802)

The items below are moved or added to integrate a separate Statewide Intake (SWI) subpoena policy into this agency-wide policy. A SWI-specific section has been added. At this time the subpoena policies previously published in the Statewide Intake handbook have been removed. See:

New DFPS Subpoena Policy Handbook

With this revision the Subpoena policy previously contained in Operating Policy OP-4105 is reformatted as a handbook. OP-4105 is removed. Cross-references to the operating policy have been redirected to this handbook. No changes have been made to this policy other than the one discussed above.
