ARRA Requirements for County Contracts
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) was passed by Congress and signed into law by President Obama on February 17, 2009. The addition of Section 7000 to the Title IV-E Finance Handbook for County Contracts adds the ARRA requirements for those contracts that are partially funded with ARRA money.
