Internet Reports (E-Reports)

The item below is revised to provide updated procedures for entering into IMPACT reports that are received from the internet reporting Web site. See:

Item 3311 Processing E-Reports is removed, and most of its content has been moved into 3310. Some of the content is being deleted from the handbook and will instead be posted on the SWI intranet Web page.

Corrections and Clarifications

The item below is revised to remove information and referral (I&R) type CPS Foster Home Standards Compliance. This I&R is no longer used.

2323 Information & Referral Types

The item below is revised to clarify that an intake worker generates an I&R for the open CPS case and a CCL report in certain circumstances (intake if abuse, neglect, or exploitation; I&R if a standards violation):

The item below is revised to clarify that an intake worker documents the date of death (DOD) of a child or an APS Facility (AFC) client on the Person Detail page:
