Adobe Portable Document Format (.pdf) PDF Document
A universal file format that preserves the look and layout of a printed document. These files are accessible through a free viewer published by Adobe. Select this file type if you want to print a copy of the document. For PDF accessibility options go to http://www.adobe.com/accessibility/products/acrobat.html. Acrobat Reader has the ability to read documents aloud.

MS Word (.docx, .doc) Word Document
Documents formatted in Microsoft word processing software. Download the Word Viewer.

MS PowerPoint (.pptx, .ppt) PowerPoint Presentation
Slide show presentations formatted with PowerPoint. Download the PowerPoint Viewer.

MS Excel (.xlsx, .xls) Excel Spreadsheet
Spreadsheets formatted with Excel. Download the Excel Viewer.

MS Windows Media Files (.asf, .wma, .wmv, .mp3)
A viewer for viewing these files is available from the Microsoft's Windows Media Download Center. Accessibility note: In order to see the captions in Windows Media Player you will need to turn on the captions feature.

Quicktime Video Files (.mov)
Video files on the web. You must have a recent version of Quicktime or RealPlayer to play these files. The Quicktime Player is available from Apple's Download Center, and RealPlayer is available from Real's Web site.

Real Audio/Video (.rm, .rmvb)
Audio and video files on the web. You must have a recent version of RealPlayer to play these files. The player is available from Real's Web site.

Audio Files (.mp3)
Audio files on the web. You must have a recent version of RealPlayer or Windows Media Player to play these files. The RealPlayer is available from Real's Web site and the Window's Media Player is available from Microsoft's Media Player Download Center.
