Update of Outdated References to EBC (PATS 7562)
Terminology regarding "EBC" is outdated and the checks (state criminal history check) can now be performed by CPS staff. SWI now performs this function ONLY when the requestor cannot access IMPACT and no other CPS staff are available. Policy is being updated to reflect these changes. See:
