This revision of the Statewide Intake Policy and Procedures Handbook was published on May 1, 2024. Summaries of new or revised items are provided below.
Annual Review 10000 (PATS 14093)
This policy revision updates links, fixes typographical errors, updates cross-references, completes minor changes for plain language, uses consistent language, and ensures accuracy in policy and procedure and organization. Some specifics are as follows:
- Changes the organization to better follow the actual workflow and mirror the organization of the CPI Screener chapter for consistency.
- Clarifies when on-call field staff are responsible for intakes usually screened by SWI screeners.
- Adds steps to the progressing to investigation section to accurately reflect IMPACT 2.0 flow.
- Adds links to Sensitive Reasons and I&R CVS Caseworker Notification.
